Warranty & Return Policy

At Partstronic, we want you to be confident in your purchases. This policy outlines our warranty and return options for all computer parts purchased on our website.

1. Warranty:

Partstronic warrants all parts sold on our website to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

What's Covered:

  • The warranty covers any malfunction or failure of the part due to a manufacturing defect.

What's Not Covered:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, negligence, modification, or accident.
  • Parts that are worn out due to normal use.
  • Software or software compatibility issues.
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the part.

2. Returns:

You may return any unused and unopened parts within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund.

How to Return an Item:

  • To initiate a return through the Product Returns / RMA section of your account dashboard. After submitting the request, you will receive an email confirmation with the return request number
  • Use the issued Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions to return your parts.

Return Requirements:

  • Returned parts must be in their original packaging and include all documentation and accessories.
  • A copy of your invoice or packing slip must be included with the return.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped).

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your returned parts.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Processing Claims:
