Ordering

How do I place an order on Partstronic?

Placing an order on Partstronic is easy! Simply browse our website, find the parts you need, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to create an account or checkout as a guest. During checkout, you will enter your shipping and billing information and select your preferred payment method.

Can I modify my order once it's been placed?

We try our best to accommodate order modifications. In some cases, we may be able to modify your order if it has not yet shipped. Please contact our customer service team at sales@partstronic.com or via our live chat support as soon as possible to inquire about changes to your order.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

What if I want to speak to someone?

We want to speak to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within the hour during our normal business hours. However, please note that inquiries sent late on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Shipping

What are your shipping rates?

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your chosen shipping method. You will see the estimated shipping cost during checkout before finalizing your order if your order doesn't qualify for free shipping. Keep in mind that all domestic orders qualify for free shipping via UPS or USPS.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options for faster delivery. The availability and pricing of these options will be displayed during checkout.

Where can I track my order?

You can track your order by logging into your Partstronic account and clicking on "Order History". You will also receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard domestic shipping normally takes 2-3 business days. Expedited shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

What's your return policy?

We offer a hassle-free return policy for most unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase. Please see our full Return Policy for details on eligibility and return procedures.

Who is responsible for the return shipping cost?

We offer hassle free return process for all domestic orders. We ship all order to you for free and in case you want to return any part of your order, we will pay for the return shipping. We will provide an RMA number and instructions on how to return any item in your order. You can also start the return process directly from your account using the "Returns" button on your order's page.

It's important to repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, to ensure safe transit during return shipping.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

Quality Standards & Guarantees

What quality standards do you uphold for your parts?

We source our parts from reputable vendors or directly from OEM Manufacturers and maintain rigorous quality standards across all our product categories (New OEM, Refurbished, Aftermarket, Used). We offer a detailed Quality Standards page that explains each category and what to expect.

Do you offer any warranties on your parts?

Yes, all parts sold on our website carry a 90 day warranty. The warranty period may vary depending on the part category. Please see the product page for specific warranty information for each part.
