1. Same-Day Shipping Policy:
We offer same-day shipping on qualifying orders placed before 3PM ET [Mon - Fri]. To be eligible for same-day shipping, your order must:
- Be placed before 3PM ET [Monday - Friday].
- Include in-stock items only.
- Meet the minimum order amount for same-day shipping (if applicable).
- Have a valid shipping address within our same-day delivery zone (if applicable).
Please note:
- Same-day shipping is not available for all orders or locations. You will see the availability during checkout if applicable to your order.
- We reserve the right to modify or suspend same-day shipping at any time without notice.
2. Incorrect Addresses:
We understand that mistakes happen. Here's what to do if you realize you entered an incorrect shipping address on your order:
- Contact Us Immediately: If you notice you've entered an incorrect address before your order ships, contact us immediately at sales@partstronic.com or chat with us online during our business hours. We will do our best to update the address with the courier if possible.
- Order Cannot Be Modified: Unfortunately, once your order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
- Package Returned Due to Incorrect Address: If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.
3. Address Change Requests:
- Orders Not Yet Shipped: If you need to change your shipping address before your order ships, contact us immediately at sales@partstronic.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
4. Delayed Shipments:
We strive to ship all orders within 1 business day of receiving them. However, there may be times when your order is delayed due to:
- Part Availability: If a part is on backorder or out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with an estimated shipping date.
- Payment Verification: If there are any issues with your payment verification, your order may be delayed until the issue is resolved.
- Carrier Delays: Occasionally, unforeseen carrier delays may occur.
In the event of a shipment delay:
- We will send you a notification via email with the reason for the delay and an estimated new delivery date.
- You can always check the order status on your Partstronic account or by contacting customer service.
