  • Warranty: Partstronic warrants all parts sold on our website to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Returns: You may return any unused and unopened parts within thirty (30) days of purchase for a full refund. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your parts.

Please note:

  • Returned parts must be in their original packaging and include all documentation and accessories.

7. Damaged Packages, Missing Items, Lost Packages

We understand that sometimes things go wrong during shipping. Here's how Partstronic handles damaged packages, missing items, and lost packages:

 a) Damaged Packages:

  • Upon Delivery: If you notice visible damage to the package upon delivery, refuse the shipment and contact Partstronic immediately at [Phone Number] or [Email Address]. Please note any damage to the packaging on the delivery receipt.
  • After Accepting Delivery: If you discover damage after accepting the delivery, keep all packaging materials and contact Partstronic within 7 days of receiving the package. We will need photos of the damage to both the packaging and the parts themselves.

  • Carefully Review Shipment: Once you receive your package, please carefully check all contents against your packing slip.
